Payment via Pay Later Paidy

At RISE, a specialist store for epitheses, you can use the Pay Later Paidy payment method with no installment fee for 3, 6, and 12-month payments. It’s a convenient payment method that allows you to place orders easily. There is a required screening process, but the result is notified quickly.

1. No installment fee for up to 12 payments

With Pay Later Paidy, you can choose installment payments for up to 12 months without any fee. Select installment payments easily and reduce your monthly payment amount.

2. Required screening process

Using Pay Later Paidy requires a screening process. You may not be able to use it depending on the result, but the result will be notified promptly.

3. No account registration required

You don’t need to register an account to use Pay Later Paidy. You can easily use it with just your phone number and email address.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q. How long does it take for the product to be shipped after placing an order?

◾️ Soft Packers

✔️ Regular production: Ships within approximately 60 days after order confirmation.
✔️ Fast production: Ships within approximately 30 days after order confirmation.

◾️ Boxer Briefs

Ships within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.

Q. What will the product name be listed as on the shipping package?

Q. How will the shipping be handled if I purchase both a Soft Packer and boxer shorts at the same time?

If requested in the remarks section, we will ship the boxer shorts first and the Soft Packer after completion (no additional shipping charge).
If no specific request is made, both items will be shipped together after the Soft Packer is completed.

◾️ International Shipping

The items will be shipped together after the Soft Packer is completed.

申し訳ございませんが、コンビニ受け取りには対応しておりません。
ただし、郵便局留め または ヤマト運輸の営業所受け取り は可能です。

We carefully inspect all items before shipment to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • For the Soft Packer, due to its custom-made nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding.
  • For Boxer Shorts, we accept returns for unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
    Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
